Kodiak Cups

These protein gems are great for a quick breakfast or after-school snack. I enjoy their pancake mixes, but for the kids, this is something they can easily make for themselves.


Add a splash of milk or water, stir, pop in the microwave, voila! Done. Low cost to feed the bottomless pits that are our teen and pre-teen but full of protein.
